FIELD: storage of toxic and chemically dangerous compounds. SUBSTANCE: packing has water soluble or water dispersible sack and gel placed in sack and containing toxic or chemically dangerous compound. Structure of gel is such that it can not penetrate through little holes which can be formed in sack in case of damage. Method comes to preliminarily mixing of toxic or chemically dangerous compound with gel-forming components to form solution or dispersion medium at temperature of 50-90 C, cooling of mixture to obtain water dispersible gel, and placing the gel in water soluble or water dispersible sack with subsequent welding of sack.
