FIELD: production of organophosphorus agents. SUBSTANCE: process comprises reacting alkylphosphonic acid chloride with alcohol used as solvent in alkanic, chloroalkanic or cycloalkanic hydrocarbons having boiling temperature of 70-120 C, in amount of 300-600 ml per g/mole of the starting dichloranehydride. The reaction gives hydrogen chloride which is removed from reaction zone with solvent vapors. On condensation and phase separation, the solvent is recycled to reaction zone till hydrogen chloride ceases to liberate into gas phase of phase separator. The resulting mixture is neutralized to pH of 7.5-8.0. EFFECT: more efficient preparation process. 3 tbl
