FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport engineering, in particular, to apparatuses for controlling the leafs of a sliding plug door, and can be used on rail and automotive vehicles for transportation of passengers. The control drive of the sliding plug door of a vehicle comprises a frame with guide grooves, a screw mechanism with bearing driving screws or a screw and nuts placed thereon inside carriages hingedly connected with at least one door leaf, a transmission, e.g., gog belt transmission with an electric engine, a door locking apparatus, a manual door opening mechanism, an electromagnetic carriage locking mechanism. The bearing driving screw is installed so as to be able to move the carriage with the door leaf thereon in the axial direction during rotation and rotate said carriage around the axis thereof, depending on the position of the support roller of the carriage in the guide groove of the frame, consisting of three sections: a long rectilinear section, a transverse rotary section, a short locking section, and the locking apparatuses of the door are made in the form of thrust rollers and short locking sections on cylindrical bodies, wherein the hinged connections of the carriages and door leafs are made with two end toothed stops each, a manual door opening mechanism is installed at the end of the bearing driving screw, configured to manually turning said screw by means of a cable drive in the shell, also the drive is equipped with a mechanism for extending the lower part of the door leaf. The mechanism for extending the lower part of the door leafs is made helical with control levers and rods, wherein the control levers are made double-armed, the swing axis whereof is combined with the axis of the driving screw, and installed on two spaced rotating supports each, and the arm of each lever is made in the form of a part of a cylinder with a longitudinal groove along the generatrix of the cylinder, interacting with the support roller, the second arm, via a hinge with an axis, interacting with the control rod of the mechanism for extending the lower part of the leafs.
EFFECT: increase in the performance coefficient of the driving screw, as well as possibility of controlling the locking apparatus made with a minimum amount of structural elements using one low-power electric engine.
