FIELD: agriculture and milk-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has butter maker, homogenizer and packing device. Homogenizer has device for extruding butter through holes and is provided with output flange. Packing device has die fitted onto input flange and movable relative to homogenizer in butter extrusion direction. Die is coupled with homogenizer casing through springs. In the process of butter extrusion through homogenizer holes moisture and air are removed and monolith is simultaneously formed. To obtain ready packed butter monolith, die is dismantled. Apparatus is disposed on one table and is serviced by one operator. Apparatus capacity is 150 kg of butter per shift. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified maintenance and operation, enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 3 dwg
