FIELD: milk industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing air-permeable apparatus for delivery and/or receiving, and/or unloading, and/or cooling, and/or transportation of ready product. Apparatus is formed as container allowing multiple raw material and ready product transfer operations to be eliminated at different stages of technological process. Method further involves storage of butter by complex cooling at temperatures ranging from 0 to 5 C by means of cooling panels and cooled air supplied into cooling chamber through openings made in upper third part of at least one cooling chamber wall.
