FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has reservoir for storing filler, reservoir with heated housing for storing envelope material having supplying mains, encapsulating unit, oil collector, system for cooling and delivering transporting oil flow and pulsating oil flow having oil flow interrupter. Encapsulating unit has encapsulating head, transparent bushing with axial canal for capsules, cooling column with receiving funnel. Encapsulating head has nozzle for supplying envelope material and nozzle for supplying filler material mounted inside it with outlet slit gap. Lower parts of the mentioned nozzles are shaped as inversed truncated cones transforming into cylinders and present their internal and external surfaces to each other, respectively. Outlet end of nozzle for supplying filler material is vertically movably mounted inside the nozzle for supplying envelope material using sliding fit method. Cylindrical outlet canal of nozzle for supplying filler material is produced with cylindrical widening in the lower part which diameter and height are equal to the diameter of capsules produced. Outlet end of nozzle for supplying filler material is mounted in the upper part of the mentioned outlet canal. The device also has reservoir for holding circulating heat-transfer agent. Encapsulating head casing has cavity with canals for supplying and discharging the circulating heat-transfer agent. Main for supplying envelope material is enclosed inside the main for supplying heat-transfer agent. Beside that, the device has light source illuminating the transparent bushing of the encapsulating unit. It is connected to power supply source through electric current interrupter unit which switch frequency is synchronized with oil flow pulse frequency.
