SUBSTANCE: smoker has heat-insulated chamber, cart with product positioned within heat-insulating chamber, steam generator, air-steam mixture supply system and smoke-air mixture supply system, smoke-generator and programming control system, which formulates sequence of control program pictures depending on code of water level detector of steam generator, moisture content, temperature in heat- insulated chamber, food product temperature and fan rotation angle of smoke-air mixture supply system recorded in memory unit and delivered from object under control.
