FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing arthrotomy, exsecting cicatritial tissues, resecting articulation surfaces, their interposing with biological tissue and performing hypothermy procedure in postoperative period. New is to carry out perfusion hypothermy by introducing perforated tube into the joint during the operation and controlled lavaging with physiological salt solution at temperature being not higher than 3 C during 48-72 h after the operation. EFFECT: prevented recidivation cases.
