SUBSTANCE: method involves dissecting tissue layer-by-layer, accessing proximal end of the femur, exsecting the greater trochanter with the superoposterior portion of the femur and attached muscles, making arthrotomy, economic resection the articulated joint surfaces, preparing bed for the trochanter in the iliac bone body in the supra-acetabular region, displacing the great trochanter by rotating it in a way that its distal part is to be set into the prepared bed in the superoposterior area of the supra- acetabular region. The proximal part is set on the proximal end of the femur in the osteotomy plane. EFFECT: perfect bone ankylosis. 1 dwg
