FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining before mobilization location of transverse processes relative to sagittal, frontal and horizontal planes taking into account psychological curvatures and concomitant deformation. Processes topography diagnosis, mobilization and manipulation are carried out in sitting position. Correction is started from the side of backward transverse processes dislocation and then from the side of maximum lateral dislocation at the end phase of expiration. The transverse processes are fixed with ungual phalanges of the 2-4 digits on both hands. Circular movements with head are executed so that the head closes circle in moving, reaches the level of the transverse processes. The head movement continues with concurrent traction of the head and pressing the transverse processes of the cervical vertebrae with ungual phalanges of the 2-4 digits from behind in pushing movement. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
