INSTALLATION FOR PREPARATION OF WATER ALCOHOL SOLUTIONS Russian patent published in 1996 - IPC

FIELD: alcoholic beverages branch of food industry at preparation of water-alcohol solutions. SUBSTANCE: the installation uses reservoirs for alcohol and softened water interconnected by a pipeline system, mixer, sorting collector, pump, alcohol constant level reservoir, stop and control valves; the mixer is made in the form of an injector with an additional mixing chamber, in which a perforated pipe is concentrically installed; one end of the pipe has a tapered stopper-dissector, and the other is connected to the pipeline used to discharge the sorting into its collector. The novelty is in the fact that the installation is furnished with a crusher, mixer for preparation of suspensions from grist and extractive reagent, additional pump, suspension turbolator, filters, extract collectors one of which is provided with a vacuum pump and closed to the other extract collectors successively communicating with one another in the order of flow of production process as well as with a screw conveyer connected to the filters, filter-press for separation of solvent cake and extract communicating with the mixer for preparation of suspensions from grist and extractive reagent, and a drier for solvent cake communicating with the filter-press for separation of solvent cake and extract and provided with a condenser. In addition to the collector provided with a vacuum pump, the extract collectors are parallel-connected to the mixer for preparation of suspensions from grist and extractive reagent and pump, and together with the sorting collector connected to them, through the alcohol constant level reservoir - to the gas service line communicating with the atmosphere by means of a water seal.
