FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has alcohol doser connected through first valve change over device, alcohol filter and first pipeline to alcohol collector, water doser, connected through second valve change over device and second pipeline to water delivery tank, which is connected with water preparing system, first alcohol-water mixture filter communicated with inlet of sorting collector, whose outlet is connected to alcohol-water mixture distributing device through first cutoff valve and second alcohol-water mixture filter. Outlet of water doser is communicated through second valve change over device with inlet of alcohol doser, whose outlet is connected through first valve change over device to inlet of pump. Outlet of pump is connected through third pipeline to third valve change over device. As a result, closed "pump-water doser-alcohol doser-pump" circuit is formed. First outlet of third valve change over device is connected with inlet of alcohol doser and second outlet is connected through fourth pipeline with inlet of first alcohol-water mixture filter. EFFECT: increased efficiency, enhanced reliability in operation and improved quality of product. 7 cl, 2 dwg
