FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: plant has receptacles and pressure reservoirs for alcohol and softened water. They are a cylindrical chamber with a diaphragm and grates. The plant is also provided with a mixer, centrifugal pump, and a system of pipelines. The system has pipelines for feed of alcohol and water flows (main and additional). The plant also has a sorting quality control system open via an actuator to the additional water flow feed pipeline. An attachment mounted on the suction branch pipe of the pump has three concentric branch pipes. The outer branch pipe is connected to the pump suction pipe, and it is in communication with the main water flow feed pipeline. The inner branch pipe is connected to the additional water flow feed pipeline. The outlet ends of the middle and inner branch pipes are circular nozzles. They are located at the outlet end of the pump suction pipe. On the outlet end of the middle branch pipe there is a detachable bushing. The external surface of the bushing is a truncated cone. The greater base of the cone faces the outlet end of the branch pipe. The mixer is mounted on the pressure branch pipe of the pump. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
