FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in sealing casing-to-borehole annulus in oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: packer consists of body with pressing sealing member and pressure sleeve. Installed between body and pressure sleeve are cores in form of solid circular member on which secondary coils of electric initiation units are arranged. Equipment includes cable head installed in hollow of packer body containing inductor with cable and primary coil. Longitudinal axis of primary coil is located in plane perpendicular to longitudinal axis of inductor body. Secondary coils are uniformly arranged over circumference of packer body. Each secondary coil has additional winding located on solid circular member diametrically opposite to the main winding and connected in parallel to it. Main and additional windings of secondary coils overlap each other in neighboring windings. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
