FIELD: blasting.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a detonator cap and an electric igniter provided with a transformer that provides protection against stray currents. Transformer represents a core made of magnetodielectric material based on Mo-perm alloy, onto which two windings are wound. The primary winding is connected to the power supply line, the secondary winding is closed to the filament bridge of the electric igniter. The number of turns in the primary winding W1 is determined by the ratio W1≥(50000/μ)0.5, where μ is the initial magnetic permeability of the core material, and ratio of turns of primary and secondary windings is not less than 2 and not more than 4.
EFFECT: increased hydrobar resistance of the electric detonator which makes it possible to use it in deeper wells.
