FIELD: control of cement production processes. SUBSTANCE: system has meter 7 and exhaust gas temperature setter 9 of kiln 1, corrector 8, adder 10, adjusting unit 12, fuel pipe line 4, fuel burners 5 and 6, hot gas inlet device 3, flow meter 13, flow rate setter 11 and actuating mechanism 14 for feeding fuel to combustion chamber 2. According to error between measured and preset temperature of waste gases, corrector generates corrective action which is summed up with preset flow rate in adder and is furnished to adjusting unit. According to mismatch between preset action and measured flow rate, adjusting unit controls supply of fuel to combustion chamber connected with cylindrical housing of kiln at drying zone.
