FIELD: combustion of hydrocarbon fuel for production of steam or hot water; applicable in production of heat or generation of electric energy. SUBSTANCE: method is conducted by combustion of fuel in oxidizing medium consisting of oxygen and carbon dioxide gas in preset ratio. Carbon dioxide gas is produced from flue gases by their wet filtering. Carbon dioxide gas remained after mixing with oxygen is used as byproduct. EFFECT: higher efficiency of process of production of heat or generation of electric energy at complete exclusion of ejection of flue gases to atmosphere. 1 dwg
