FIELD: processing of natural minerals. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to processing of natural alkaline aluminosilicates and consists in the following. Reactor is filled with predetermined weight of lime milk, whereupon lime milk supply pipeline is switched off and washing line is switched on. After this line is washed with specified volume of water, washing is cut. Lime milk from reactor is passed through cooler thereby being cooled to predetermined temperature limit and then kept at predetermined temperature for period of time set by time controller. Cooling process is boosted by way of lowering predetermined temperature value in cooler in proportion to difference between predetermined and measured temperatures in reactor. After curing of lime milk is terminated, reactor is loaded with preselected amount of aluminate solution followed by cooling suspension to predetermined temperature and curing it for required period of time. Thereafter, reactor is filled to maximum level with soda solution and mixture is cooled once again and kept for required time. Resultant suspension is pumped through into collecting tank with passage of suspension into cooler switched off. Pumping is started when level in collecting tank is below the minimum set one and switched off when mentioned level exceeds the maximum level or when level in reactor is below minimum level. Suspension preparation cycle is repeated if level in reactor is below minimum level. EFFECT: optimized parameters of process. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
