SUBSTANCE: device has controlling voltage generator having clock frequency oscillator and impedance measurement unit arranged as a programming complex connected to action signal shaper, excitation circuit amplifier and unit for controlling operation modes. 9 V voltage transformer usable for circuit amplifier operation, excitation and in 6 V, reset circuit, and luminous signal unit are connected in series. Luminous signal unit photodiodes are connected to programming complex microcontroller. The reset circuit is designed to disconnect it when voltage is dropping below 4.7 V. Excitation circuit amplifier has key interrupt unit on the basis of transistor and set-up transformer. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of biostimulation; high accuracy in controlling action dose. 2 dwg
