SUBSTANCE: vehicle has load-bearing platform body and device for connecting platform body with helicopter 1 creating air cushion at operation of rotor and propulsive thrust. Platform body has low bearing air-filled flexible torus 2 and upper flexible torus 3, filled with air or lighter-than-air gas. Tori 2 and 3 are interconnected by channel 4 with slot-type nozzle 5 and upper air intake fairing 6. Helicopter 1 has suspension 7 connected with crane-beam 8 by means of lock.
