SUBSTANCE: vortex recuperative propulsor has rotor with drive arranged in housing provided with diffuser changing into upper circular shield on whose opposite side axisymmetrical lower circular shield is mounted perpendicularly to axis of rotation of rotor at distance from plane of its rotation. Propulsor is provided with torous chamber having slotted annular nozzle. Upper circular shield is located at spaced relation to peripheral portion of rotor blades.
