FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: active vinylsulfonic monoazo dye is prepared by diazotization of 4-beta-oxyethylaniline sulfuric ester in combination with Au-acid acetyl followed by oxidative copper plating, cleaning filtration, desalting filtration, hydrolysis, filtration, and drying. Claimed process makes it possible to obtain individual blue dye λ max of 575 nm and yield of 65.5%. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
