FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: vinylsulfonic monoazodyes are prepared by diazotization of sulfuric ester of orthooxy derivative of oxyethylsulfonyl aniline combination with acetyl Au-acid and conversion to final product by hydrolysis of acetyl group. Diazotization examples use sulfuric ester of ortho-methoxyamino derivative of beta-oxyethylsufonyl aniline. The claimed process makes it possible to obtain individual blue dyes with λ max of 558 nm and yield of 63-65%. EFFECT: improved properties of vinylsulfonic monoazo dyes.
