SUBSTANCE: at vibrations of flexible tie 6 on pulley, 5 after passage of roller 25, tape 20, acting onto load bearing member 24 by tie-rods 23, moves shoes 22 apart, thus wedging flexible tie 6 in clearance between flat disks. Guides 6 preclude displacement of shoes 22. When flexible tie 6 slips off pulley 5, roller 25 pushes load-bearing member 24 out in direction from center of pulley and releases flexible tie 6. Change of gear ratio is provided due to displacement of rods 18 carrying roller 25 and guides 26. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation owing to fixing movable side working surfaces of flexible tie on pulley arc. 2 cl, 3 dwg
