FIELD: rescue operations of various kinds in zones of natural calamities. SUBSTANCE: blasting element has casing 1 of V-shaped non- metallic material. Two sections of cord shaped charge 2 are positioned in both ends of casing 1. The shaped-charge recesses of both sections are directed towards each other. The opposite sides of the sections are interconnected by a strip of elastic explosive 4. Fastened to the middle of strip 4 is one end of the section of detonating cord 5, whose other end is connected to electric fuze 7. Fastened to one of the ends of casing 1 is rubber ring 8 for attachment of the blasting element to grille bar 3. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 3 dwg
