FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: prosthesis is made from monolith flat bone of human fetus and has movably connected rest and functional parts. The functional part has sheets playing the role of hammer, anvil and stirrup connected to each other and the rest part being transtympanic bone bar usable to fix the structure in the mastoid and antral cavities, attic and on the stirrup base. Tympanoplasty method is carried out using bone fragments and human fetus dura mater for tamponing. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of operation. 2 cl, 4 dwg
