FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has inductor, which has case with handle and tip, coil with armature mounted inside the case and having its output connected with pulse oscillator, unit for searching acupuncture points, observation device, light source, and two light guides placed in the case. The light guides are used for entering and removing light beams; light guides are connected with light source and observation device correspondingly. Tip is made in form of a cone of ferro-conducting material and has a hole at its side surface. End of armature and ends of light guides are taken away in a space relation. Tip and armature conduct electric current, they are insulated from each other and connected to unit for searching acupuncture points. Pulse oscillator is connected for change in pulse repetition frequency and shape of pulse. Device also has laser radiation source mounted for connection to light guide for entering light beam. Electric influence forming unit has outputs connected to tip and armature correspondingly. EFFECT: selected influence onto acupuncture points of tubular organs. 3 cl, 2 dwg
