FIELD: making ships fast in open sea for loading petroleum. SUBSTANCE: berth is provided with two anchors which may be connected in turn with rope of winch depending on direction of wind. Winch is mounted in stern of petroleum storage tanker; flexible buoyant hose is provided with slack to compensate for twisting and is brought in communication with underwater pipe line fitted in berth.
