FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: composition contains (in wt parts): 100 sodium soluble glass with silicate module 2.5-2.8; 25- 35 finely ground granular dross with calcium silicate content more than 35%; 25-35 planer wood cuttings 0.1-0.2 mm thick, 3-15 mm long, and 0.5-2.0 mm wide; 4-6 aluminium sulfate; and 15-25 water. Soluble glass and water are first mixed followed by addition of dross and aluminium sulfate under agitation until homogeneous mass is obtained, where cuttings are put in. Shaped splint-slab plate acquires striking strength during 1 h and strengthens without moist-heat treatment for further 7-8 days. EFFECT: improved fabrication procedure. 2 tbl
