FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials, in particular, to a concrete mix, and can be used to manufacture both monolithic and prefabricated concrete structures used in building. Concrete mix includes aspiration cement dust with a specific surface area of 280 m2/kg and clinker cement dust with a specific surface area of 210 m2/kg, an aggregate, a filler, and sodium liquid glass with a silicate modulus of 2.8 and a density of 1.24 g/l. The mix contains a sand and gravel mixture as an aggregate, and microsilica with a specific surface area of 1,200 m2/kg as a filler, with the following ratio of components, % wt.: aspiration cement dust 15 to 20, clinker cement dust 4 to 5, sand and gravel mixture 60 to 65, microsilica 5 to 7, sodium liquid glass 9 to 10.
EFFECT: development of a simple and effective method for producing a concrete mix with higher cube and prism strength, elasticity modulus, frost resistance and water impermeability.
