Flexible corrugated pipe and thrust rings are fitted on branch pipe in housing. Device has valves installed on upper and lower ends of branch pipe and spring-type flexible member secured between housing and branch pipe by means of thrust rings. summary extension pitch of flexible member is equal to length of full closing of all sections of corrugated pipe. Opening of upper valve and closing of lower valve is provided under action of gauge pressure of liquid in intake pipe created by liquid passing from corrugated pipe when the latter is compressed.
