FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for cyclic fluid injection and formation development. Equipment includes a housing with an internal cylindrical recess, a branch pipe with a central channel and holes arranged concentrically in the housing. In the internal cylindrical recess of the housing there is a radial channel, a hollow cylindrical valve installed between the housing and the branch pipe. Hollow cylindrical valve is equipped from above with an annular projection and a cavity between the housing and the branch pipe; the hollow cylindrical valve is made with possibility of limited tight movement downwards relative to the internal cylindrical recess of the housing. Holes in the branch pipe are made in the form of upper, middle and lower rows of holes. Inside the branch pipe is equipped with a blind partition separating the upper and middle rows of radial holes. Blind partition is equipped with a throttling channel. Hollow cylindrical valve is equipped with an adjusting washer from below and is spring-loaded with a polyurethane spring from the lower end of the housing cavity. In the initial position, the cavity of the internal cylindrical recess of the housing above the annular projection by the hollow cylindrical valve is interconnected through the upper row of radial holes of the branch pipe with the central channel. Hollow cylindrical valve covers the middle row of radial holes of the branch pipe. Cavity under hollow cylindrical valve communicates via lower row of radial holes with central channel of branch pipe. In the working position, after the hollow cylindrical valve is moved down, the central channel of the branch pipe above and below the blind partition is interconnected through the upper and middle rows of radial holes and by means of cavity of internal cylindrical recess of housing above annular projection of hollow cylindrical valve. Cavity of the internal cylindrical recess under the annular projection is interconnected by a radial channel with the well space behind the equipment housing. Two-stage hollow cylinder having a larger diameter from above is screwed into the housing from above, and from below a smaller diameter, which is equipped with knock-down valves located in the upper and lower parts of the two-stage hollow cylinder and destructed before the well development by a waste element dropped into the equipment from the wellhead along the pipe string and made with possibility of holes formation. Throw element is made in the form of a two-stage rod having a larger diameter from above and a smaller diameter from below. Length of the lower step of the waste element is greater than the length of the lower step of the hollow cylinder.
EFFECT: simplified design of equipment, increased reliability of equipment operation, improved quality of cyclic liquid pumping, as well as expanded functionality of equipment and exclusion of harm to environment.
