FIELD: armor barrier is used for protection of vitally important sections of transport facilities, easily flammable and ecologically dangerous materials, ammunition and attending personnel against the effect of destructive elements of conventional weapon. SUBSTANCE: armor barrier uses armored base 1 with parallel opposite directed, armor plates 2 and 3 placed on its face side at the same angle to it, retaining elastic deformable shield 4 secured on the opposite side of armored base 1 by means of spot or linear adhesive or mechanical joint 15, and additional elastic deformable shields 16 installed above each zone of joint 15.
