FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of beta-lytic activity in coprofiltrates in adults and children above three months age by photonephelometry method. The first, second, third and fourth degree of intestine disbacteriosis is diagnosed at activity 5.1-10.0, 10.1-17.0, 17.1-30.0 and above 30.0%, respectively. In infants of the first three months age the first, second, third and fourth degree of disbacteriosis is diagnosed at beta-lytic activity level 17.1-30.0, 30.1-44.0, 44.1-60.0 and above 60.0%, respectively. EFFECT: accelerated diagnosis of disease.
