FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to microbiology and can be used for intestine dysbacteriosis severity diagnostics. Method is realised as follows. Coprofiltrates of patients suffering from intestine dysbacterioses is evaluated using enzyme immunodetection for content of antibodies IgA, IgG, IgE, IgM, LPS-specific gram-negative enterobacteria. Antiendotoxic antibody titres in coprofiltrates relating to IgA and IgG and limited to 1:100-1:150 indicate diagnosed dysbacteriosis I degree. Titres IgA, IgG, IgE limited to 1:200-1:400 indicate diagnosed dysbacteriosis II degree. And titres IgA, IgG, IgE, IgM over 1:400 indicate diagnosed dysbacteriosis III degree. Application of method allows for short-term diagnostics of human intestine dysbacteriosis and for evaluation of local antiendotoxin immunity stress of intensity antiendotoxic immunity that can be used for timely individual correction.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of intestine dysbacteriosis severity diagnostics.
