FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for estimating the condition of colonisation resistance of microbiocenosis of various human biotopes. Substance of the method consists in sampling of the analysed biological material from human biotope, bacterial examination of the biological material with evaluating the qualitative and quantitative structure of the microorganisms found in the analysed biological material. It is followed with determining a colonisation resistance index derived from relation of the difference of the factors increasing the colonisation resistance (bifidus bacteria, lactic bacilli, etc.) and the factors, decreasing it (conditional-pathogenic and pathogenic microorganisms), to the factors increasing the colonisation resistance. The colonisation resistance index is used to estimate the condition of human biotope microbiocenosis and its colonisation resistance.

EFFECT: application of the method allows estimating the condition of the colonisation resistance of microbiocenosis of the analysed human biotope to enable an integrated estimate of the patient's status.
