Pivot joint for connecting back with seat is made rotary for providing rotation of back with arm rests and armpit rests in vertical plane. Rotation of back around pivot joint causes variation of distance between device for supporting User's body and seat and changing of intervertebral disk loading. Moreover, internal massage of vertebral column is provided and blood circulation is activated.
