Trigger 5 and latch 7 are positioned on an axle, the latch has a groove to receive the string and a firing-pin shoulder. A V-shaped firing-pin stop that is engageable with the mating firing-pin shoulder of latch 7 is made on the side of the sear lever facing the side of latch 7, and a supporting pad resting on the mating pad on trigger 5 is provided on the lever opposite side.
