SUBSTANCE: gas-discharge data display panel has the first transparent and lower dielectric plates, between which the inversely perpendicular electrode systems ( anodes and cathodes) are disposed in gap. Anodes and cathodes form array assembly of cells. There vertical rectangular partitions. Phosphor layer is applied onto lower dielectric plate. Top transparent dielectric plate is made with variable perimeter of edge surface, depth of which in relation to the edge is equal to width of the partition filled with sealing material.
