FIELD: electronic devices. SUBSTANCE: device has upper dielectric plate 1, lower dielectric plate 2 covered with luminophore 3 on inner surface of indication cells which are shaped at intersection of anodes 4 according to cells of cathodes 5. In addition device has separating members on inner sides of plates between cathodes 5 and anodes 4. Said members are shaped as perpendicular systems of first and second barriers 6 and 7. In addition device has flanges which are located on equal distance from one another. Height of flanges on lower dielectric plate is equal to 1-3 factors of electrode depth. Flange length is less than length of indication cell by 10-30 %. EFFECT: improved discharge ignition, increased brightness due to increased size of through hole for passing discharge plasma from one cell to another, facilitated manufacturing during pumping. 2 dwg
