Set of sports equipment includes cross-piece 8, bench 10, arm and leg stops 16,17, seat 14, minibars 6, cross bar 7 with weights, plank 28 with additional pulleys 29 and cables 30, flywheels 34 with handles 33, resilient bulb-shaped arrangements 21, round leg supports 19, apparatus suspensions 18, apparatus fastening supports 22.
