SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports equipment and is designed for training the muscles. The multifunctional simulator for training muscles comprises a base 1 in the form of beams of square profile welded with each other, with grooves "j", "f" and openings "c", "d", "e", "h", in front of which on the hinge 21 a front rack 2 is mounted also welded from the beams of square profile, with openings "b" and "a". The front rack 2 and the base 1 have hinge connection respectively to the upper 9 and the lower 15 holder in the form of parts of steel sheet with the guides 23 of channels. On the reverse side of the hinge connection, each of the holders 9 and 15 is connected by the axes 4, respectively, to the front rack 2 and the base 1 by the upper 5 and the lower 12 guides, in which the upper 6 and the lower 13 T-shaped rods are arranged coaxially, each of which in turn, has an ability to move in guides 23. In addition, through the opening "e" to the base 1 via the axis 4 a seat 17 is mounted having the foldable rest 18. For the convenience of performing the exercises the holders 9 and 15, the seat 17 and also the footrest 22 of the base 1 are covered with soft cushions 10, 14, 16 and 19. In the outfit of the simulator there is also a rear T-shaped rest as well as belts 20 with the loops for the barbell.

EFFECT: downsizing of the simulator and increasing the number of the exercises performed.
