SUBSTANCE: local chamber is formed in place of cutting. Subjected to cutting surface is applied with fixing layer of polymeric composition, that has following components, mass % : modified liquid fraction of thermal pyrolysis of liptobiolithic coal 50 - 60, epoxy dian tar 13 - 45, amine hardener 2 - 5. On fixing layer they lay edges of reinforcing material, for example, fabric or paper and impregnate the material with polymeric composition till full impregnation and hardening of chamber shell.
