FIELD: medicine; radiology; measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: UV- radiation photometer has detector 1 made on the base of semiconductor structure, pulse master oscillator 8, AND gate 6, storage 9, unit 10 for showing results of measurement, power unit 11, read-out unit 2, which has memory cell survey circuit 3 and buffer memorizing unit 4, unit 7 for surveying logical conditions of digits of buffer memorizing unit and electrical joint 5 for connecting detector 1, made in form of re- programmed memorizing unit providing erasure of data by UV-radiation. Programming pulses with different durations t are written preliminary into group of memorizing cells of the re-programming memorizing unit. Moreover, threshold value of t is less or equal to t being less or equal to programmed value of t, where threshold value of t is duration of programming pulse at which memorizing cells of re-programming memorizing unit are at the threshold value of their conducting state, and programming value of t is recommended duration of programming pulse for pre-set kind of re-programming unit. Address buses of re-programming unit are connected with output of memory cell survey unit 3. data buses are connected with the first input of buffer memorizing unit 4.
