FIELD: radio engineering measurement facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention may find use in study of ecology, Earth's ionosphere, oceanology and other branches of economy. Invention is meant to increase sensitivity of analyzer in upper measurement limit of active component of impedance and to expand measurement range in upper limit thanks to enhanced capacitance of primary converter (probe), to capability of operation with companion primary converter (probe) at distance up to 11.0 km from resonance sensitive element and possibility of usage of primary converter (probe) with operational capacitance of order of 0.1-100.0 pF. Resonance sensitive element is manufactured in the form oscillatory circuits coupled via transformer. Secondary oscillatory circuit and primary converter (probe) connected to it are shunted by active resistance and capacitance. Resonance sensitive element is made by diagram of series oscillatory circuit coupled to generator and amplifier. Secondary oscillatory circuit is coupled to converter and generator of pulse bias voltage, its inductance winding is connected with its ends through transfer capacitances and double-conductor high-frequency cable to electrodes of primary converter. Active resistance and capacitance are placed between connection points of transfer capacitance with conductors high-frequency cable which means shunting of circuit and primary converter.
