Novelty is that active element 2 has window 3 transparent for vacuum ultraviolet ray and channel 14 inside active element 2 holds cylindrical quartz-glass ampoule filled with nitrogen oxide and conically expanding beyond channel; ampoule is connected to pressure sensor; device limiting radiation flux is made in the form of flap.
