FIELD: laser engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device that can be used for investigating resistance of optoelectronic means to laser radiation is portable reusable radiator affording intensive narrow-beam pulse-periodic laser radiation at wavelengths of 1.06, 2.93, and 0.69 μm which has case with shaped inner space and cover providing access to pumping unit for replacing pyrotechnical lamps. Case also accommodates initiating facility, rotation control unit for drums of pumping and optical units, power supply, contact button, and output optical lens. Pumping unit is made in the form of cylindrical drum with horizontal drillings to receive pyrotechnical pumping lamps. Number of drillings can be varied depending on drum diameter. Optical unit is cylindrical revolving drum with three horizontal drillings whose inner surfaces are coated with light-reflecting material. Inserted in drillings are doped-glass rods functioning as laser active elements.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of radiator in storage and in operation.
