FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing subtrochanteric osteotomy followed with controlled distraction in Ilisarov apparatus. Wires are conducted through external cortical plate of the distal fragment, medullar cavity of both fragments, external cortical plate of the proximal fragment. They are fixed on the proximal fragment on and apart of the bone. Then threaded rod is introduced into the femoral neck, single femoral cervicodiaphyseal angle correction is done by a value of pelvicotrochanteric muscles elongation not more than 10%. The threaded rod is pivotally connected with perosseous apparatus until the femoral cervicodiaphyseal angle correction is accomplished distraction or compression. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
