FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: immunocompetent cells were contacted with inducing agents, implanted as free form or in diffusion chamber to mammalian or avian and the end product is isolated. The source of immunocompetence system hemopoietic T-cell of cultures RAMOS (ATCC CRL 1596), HPB-MLT (FERM BP-2430), MOLT-3 (ATCC CRL 1552), TAL L-1 (JCRB 0086) and U-937 (ATCC CRL 1593) were used. The end product molecular mass is 10000-450000 determined by gel-filtration method. Human hematopoiesis cells produce factor (MIF) inhibiting metastasis which shows suppressing effect on metastasis at viral diseases, immune pathology and malignant tumors. Human hematopoiesis cells producing MIF can be easily multiplied in cultured tissue out of organism and by proliferation in warm-blooded animal organism but not in human. T-cells show high MIF-productivity. Mitogens increase MIF production when they are used as inducing agent. EFFECT: improved method of factor preparing.
