FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: equipment includes an external flow string with openings and return valve with inner coaxial flow string placed in the above string and connected to a detachable device complete with heating cable fixed at the string outer surface and device for sealed isolation of the formations, which is made as a packer with system cutting off the oil formation. The electric submersible unit is placed in the overpacker zone, in the casing. Lower part of the casing is connected to the shank equipped with the return valve while the shank is connected to the packer by the detachable device. Upper part of the casing is coupled to a cable gland unit, which, in its turn, is connected to the external flow string, to the electric submerged unit and detachable device intended for connection to the inner flow string, at that the above cable gland unit is made with hermetic cable seal of the electric submerged unit.

EFFECT: maintaining collecting properties of the oil formation at replacement of downhole pump equipment, improved efficiency of the equipment.
